Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
✅ Requirements to be eligible for a refund:
For your return to be valid, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in his original packaging.
🧾 Requirements to process a return:
- To complete a return, the proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
- Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and, subsequently, whether your refund will be approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (card, transfer, etc.) within a period of 3 to 5 business days.
Late or non-received refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your financial institution or credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

Promotional items
Only products purchased at regular price will be refunded.
Items on sale or at a discount are non-refundable.
Changes
We only replace products that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange the same product, write to us at info@vivirlasalud.com and send the item to the address indicated in the returns section.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit in the form of a coupon for the value of the returned product. Once we receive the return, we will email you the corresponding coupon.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the original purchaser received the order to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from the final amount (where applicable).
- If you're returning a high-value item, we recommend using a service with a tracking number or insuring the package. We don't guarantee receipt of the item if it can't be tracked.
