Pero la realidad es que nuestro cuerpo nos acompa\u00f1a cada d\u00eda y es el motor que nos permite hacer todo lo que amamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuidarlo no requiere cambios dr\u00e1sticos ni costosos. Al contrario: son los <strong>peque\u00f1os h\u00e1bitos diarios<\/strong> los que, acumulados con el tiempo, marcan una gran diferencia en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos y en nuestra calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed te compartimos cinco pr\u00e1cticas sencillas que puedes comenzar hoy mismo y que tu cuerpo, mente y energ\u00eda te agradecer\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">1. Mueve tu cuerpo cada d\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No tiene que ser una rutina intensa de gimnasio. Caminar, bailar, subir escaleras o estirarte durante el d\u00eda ya ayudan a activar tu circulaci\u00f3n, mejorar tu energ\u00eda y fortalecer tus m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">2. Hidr\u00e1tate de verdad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El agua es esencial para mantener el equilibrio de todo tu organismo. Olvida las bebidas azucaradas y ten siempre a mano una botella de agua. Si quieres variar, a\u00f1ade rodajas de lim\u00f3n o pepino para un toque refrescante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">3. Respira conscientemente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En momentos de estr\u00e9s, haz una pausa y toma respiraciones profundas.
