Muchas veces comemos sin saborear, caminamos sin notar el entorno e incluso conversamos sin escuchar realmente. Este \u201cpiloto autom\u00e1tico\u201d al que nos empuja la rutina diaria genera estr\u00e9s, ansiedad y una desconexi\u00f3n profunda con nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde entra en juego el <strong>mindfulness<\/strong>, una pr\u00e1ctica sencilla que consiste en entrenar la atenci\u00f3n para estar plenamente presentes en lo que hacemos.
